- Red Seal Millwright license (433A)
- Minimum 5 years of experience working with large machinery
- Experience with stamping presses; teardown and rebuild of presses an asset
- Experience with troubleshooting, repair, welding & fabrication
- Good problem solving skills and ability to detect equipment malfunctions
- Ability to repair or fabricate and replace defective parts
- Capable of multitasking
- Working accurately and with attention to detail
- Able to exercise independent judgement and make decisions within established guidelines
- Good organizational skills

- Press inspection and troubleshooting
- Press disassembly & assembly
- Repairs – welding and fabrication
- New controls installation
- Hydraulic / pump replacements and lubing systems
- Press upgrading
- Install of safety guards
- Emergency breakdown support
