- 5 yrs+ experience working in a related position within food / beverage industry
- Proven hands-on success with preventative and predictive maintenance systems
- Solid troubleshooting and problem solving skills, including PLC, HMI, automation

Duties / Responsibilities |
- Responsible for safe and efficient operation and electro-mechanical repairs of plant equipment as well as maintenance of the plant infrastructure
- Assisting and supporting staff with a focus on continuous improvement of processes and efficiencies
- Responsible for personnel, project management where required, and ensuring corrective action & escalations with regards to plant challenges
- Responsible for site power engineering responsibilities
- Improve and maintain preventative and predictive maintenance systems
- Identify opportunities and make recommendations to continuously improve maintenance operations and efficiencies
- Oversee the safe and efficient operation of all utilities (Steam Boilers, Refrigeration, Cooling Tower, DAF Wastewater Treatment, Air Compressors, HVAC/Heating Systems, etc.) within the plant, for which the shift engineers are accountable for maintaining daily Logbook as per TSSA/ESA Standards
