• Post-secondary education an asset ; High School Diploma as a minimum
• 5 years experience as a Service Manager
• Experience with refrigeration-based HVAC equipment
• Detailed technical knowledge of refrigeration systems
• Being able to troubleshoot equipment
• Experience working with controllers and instrumentation
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail and task oriented and analytical
• Able to problem solve and make decisions based on facts

Duties / Responsibilities |
- Set up support needed for products, from testing in-house to assisting with start-up / commissioning to aftermarket technical support
- Ensure that the equipment to the field is supported properly
- Assist with running and testing heat pumps in factory test stations
- Evaluating service reps for various sales regions and establishing service agreements
- Develop and provide training programs for Customer Service Techs at company facility and in the field
- Go to site to do factory startup and commissioning of newly installed equipment
- Train local Service Tech on startup and commissioning of company equipment
- Provide technical support for Field Technicians over the phone and via email
- Troubleshoot equipment and controls
- Generate technical service bulletins
- Coordinate service parts
