| Duties / Responsibilities |
- Post secondary education in engineering.
- Knowledge of metallurgy of steel, steel fabrication (cold forming).
- 2 years as a QC Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- Technical knowledge of standards and specifications preferably in steel fasteners.
- Knowledge of ISO 17025 lab accreditation and requirements.
- Knowledge and experience in heat treatment and finishing operations.
- overseeing QA Lab inside the production facility
- 4 to 5 direct reports
