Position Property Manager - Industrial

Education
  • University degree in Business Administration or relate qualifications/experience.
  • 5+ year's experience in Industrial Property Management
  • Experience overseeing up to 15 properties
  • Very good written and verbal communication skills
Duties / Responsibilities
  • Tenant Relations: Managing inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring tenant satisfaction and resolving disputes.
  • Leasing and Occupancy: Handling lease agreements, negotiations, renewals and vacancies, as well as coordinating move-ins and move-outs.
  • Financial Management: overseeing rent collection, budgeting, financial reporting and expense management.
  • Property management: Coordinating maintenance and repairs and ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handling paperwork, maintaining records, preparing reports and managing correspondence.
  • Vendor and Contractor Management: Hiring and supervising vendors and contractors for various property needs, such as cleaning, landscaping, and security.
  • Risk Management: Identifying and addressing potential risks to the property, such as security threats, environmental hazards and legal liabilities.
  • Tenant Communication: Providing regular updates and communication to tenants regarding property—related matters, events and policies.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Implementing marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants, including advertising vacancies.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and industry standards, and AODA requirements. Managing contracts, licenses, and permits. Addressing any legal issues or disputes that may arise.

Pay Range Up to 90K depends on experience
