o   Bachelor + Masters in Computer Applications + PMP (Project Management Professional) + CSM (Certified Scrum Master). 7 yrs+ experience in information technology, software development & implementation, and on-site client coordination. Leading projects from concept to implementation. Knowledge of Agile, SDLC methodologies, budgeting, and project scope and timeline management.

·       Field Service Technician

o   Electrical Engineering Diploma + Industrial Controls Certificate. 20 years+ experience as a service engineer and customer support technician across various industrial sectors – paper mills, industrial valves, pharma equipment, CNC machines, material handling, hydraulics, pneumatics, control panels, etc. Install, commissioning, maintenance. French bilingual.

·       Quality Engineer

o   Bachelor and Masters in Mechanical Engineering + Six Sigma Green Belt. 8 years+ work experience in quality engineering in industrial automotive parts environments. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, GD&T with proficiency in IATF 16949 standards. Problem solving, root cause analysis, participation in Kaizen / CI projects, 8D, quality auditing.

·       Maintenance Manager

o   Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering + Red Seal Industrial Electrician (442A) license. 20 yrs+ experience engineering and maintenance applications up to maintenance supervision level.  Strong background in automotive parts sector. Managing PMs and maintenance team scheduling, production and facilities repair, budgeting, CMMS and shutdown management.

o   Bachelor and Masters in Mechanical Engineering + Six Sigma Green Belt. 2 years+ work experience in mechanical design with proficiency in Solid Works and Autocad. Creating 3D models and engineering drawings, FEA for thermal / flow / vibration analysis and mechanical analysis.  Generating BOM, using 3D printing. Involvement in prototyping and design reviews.

o   First Class Power Engineering Certification. 20 years+ work experience in power engineering across different environments – paper mill, steel production, co-generation, and food production. o   Industrial Millwright license. 25 years+ work experience in mechanical maintenance in primarily industrial environments including material handling, industrial components, metal forming, food, packaging, etc. Experience in union and non-union environments, supervising maintenance crews, purchasing of tools and parts. Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, machining, and forklift operation.

o   B.Sc. Economics + Business Administration Diploma + MBA in Supply Chain & Logistics. 20 years+ of work experience in progressive roles up to VP Supply Chain and Sales & Service in industrial manufacturing environments. $100M+ budgets. Expertise in divisional turnaround, directing purchasing and inventory controls, vendor development, managing relations with global suppliers.

o   High School Diploma + post-secondary development in Industrial Design, OHS, etc. Forklift certified. 15 years+ experience in supervisory positions in industrial manufacturing and warehousing environments. Union and non-union environment experience. Knowledge of Lean, JIT, GMP, Kaizen, Warehouse Management Systems. Training and orientation of staff, coaching, performance evaluation, etc.

·       Injection Mold Set-up Technician

o   Mechanical Engineering Diploma + Industrial Maintenance courses. 4 years+ of work experience plastic injection molding set-up and maintenance of injection machinery. Experience changing production molds, changeovers, PM of machinery. Fanuc, Nachi, and Toshiba machines. Troubleshooting, maintaining parts inventories, knowledge of sensors, hydraulics, clamping systems, and robot programs.

·       Process Engineering Technologist 

o   Chemical Engineering Diploma. 2-1/2 years of work experience in processing engineering applications in chemical and food process sectors. Experience with GMP audits, quality investigation and documentation, analyzing production samples and process data, monitoring process performance and ensuring regulatory compliance and safety protocols were being carried out.                               

o   Salary: $40K

o   Electrical Engineering Degree + Project Manager training. 20 years+ work experience in electrical disciplines in process industries. Knowledge with process plant requirements for electrical equipment inspection, testing, commissioning and maintenance. Supporting end users and channel partners with product selection, issues, quotations. On-site industrial environment customer support.

o   Red Seal Welder + CWB tickets (lapsed). 35 years+ of experience in welding / fabrication / fitting applications. Welding of mild steel, plate, stainless, aluminum, thin wall to structural. Experience with MIG, TIG, Stick, Flux, on-site install and welds, repair and custom work.

o   Advanced Diploma in Computer Networking +  various certifications: PMP, CCNP, CSM, ITIL, CSPO, etc. 20 years+ work experience in IT infrastructure project management and consulting. Greenfield builds, existing system migrations and upgrades, SDLC management, cyber security implementation, etc.
