o   Bachelor & Masters Degrees in Mechanical Engineering. 3 yrs+ experience as a CNC programming, set-up, and operation. Developing CNC programs for vertical and horizontal milling machines (up to 4-axis) using Lemoine CAM software. Tooling set-up, machine operation, program editing. First-off parts inspection, daily machine maintenance. Read drawings, blueprints to create CNC programs. Forklift experience.

Troubleshooting electrical components of industrial machinery, PLCs, facility systems. Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code. Additional residential and commercial experience.

o   Mechanical Engineering Degree + CQE (Certified Quality Engineer). 25 yrs+ experience in quality engineering and assurance in primarily automotive parts production environments. Experience with APQP, PPAP, IATF 16949 standards, SPC. Inspection of parts (First-off to Final product), Gauge R&R, implementing corrective actions. Root Cause Analysis of issues, interpreting of design requirements using GD&T.

Assembling, install, troubleshooting, maintenance of PLC controlled and process equipment. Knowledge of power tools, forklift, grinders, measuring instruments.

o   Mechanical Engineering Degree + PMP (Project Management Professional) certification. 9 years+ work experience in engineering and managing complex heavy equipment fabrication and installations.
